Sir,

With due respect I want to inform you that The India Today Group, New Delhi, . has send me a VPP percel as per my order. There was a wrist watch worth Rs. 2750 INR.

I have informed that One VPP is arrived in my name in the Dibrugarh University Post Officeon 22nd November. I went there and I paid them and collect it to my office. But when I open It was empty. I do now know where do I complain.

Please suggest me
