Delay in Delivery of letters

Dear sir,

We staying at Sector 14, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. We recieved our all letters very late. Because of this I was supposed to missed my exam also. The same letters which my friends recieves who stays in Belapur, Vashi, i recieved almost 8-10 days late.

Kindly look into the matter.
