I hane a savings account in Post Office Pinjore. When ever I went there for any type of dealing, the employees sitting at the counter said " Mujhe nahi pata"."postman se puchho" "jao complaint kar do" When I asked for the Post Master, who was present on that day in papers but she had left for home.
Today, I went there to withdraw money Rs.45000/- .The concerned person complete my pass book. After showing withdrawn money in pass book, ha asked me to come at 10:30 or 1:30 and it may be on Monday. So confirm on phone before coming.
I want to know that if a customer need money today urgently, Should he/she wait for the time that post office employee fix.
Even the Post Master has no answer to help the custmo
