Type of action to be initiated

Our hosing society comittee members have allowed the builder to sell 65% stilt parking and secondly comittee members have not submitted Form M-20 ie: indemnity bond to dy.registrar coop.hsg.society and still they have entered into redevelopment agreement

with the builder. Most of the clauses are favourable to them. Can single member can take objection for this?
