My wife & mother in law enrolled for Aadhar No but still they both have not received the same. The details as follows

We have enrolled more than 1 .5 years ago but still she has not recd the Aadhar Card, But whenwe show in UIDAI Trcking website it is showing the Aadhar Card has been deispath through Speed Post. The Details is as follows
AADHAR Card is despatched through Item Number: UE653441195IN
Date Status at Status
16/07 UID CC -SBFL MUMBAI Item Booked
18/07 SANPADA Item Received
19/07 VASHI SEC-26 Item Received
19/07 VASHI SEC-26 Item Delivered
but we have not recd the same further when we went to Vashi Post office to collect personally they also donot have Please tell us what should we do.
