I've submitted FORM13 for transfer of my PF accumulation from previous account to my present PF account, as per my current establishment, the RPFO has recevied the FORM 13 on April 5 as per the receipt document forwarded by my current organization. I logged grievance in EPFiGMS vide Registration number SROWF/E/04883 on Wed, 23 Nov 19:27:42 related to non-processing of Form 13 by RPFC office, KRPURAM, Bangalore. Inpsite of logging the grievance, there has been no action, no update, no phone call answered till date. I sent multiple reminders through EPFiGMS, direct emails to the concerned officer SH. NINGSHEN THOTHAR on his email id [email protected] but till date neither there is any action taken nor any status update has been provided. It looks like this government organization is simple ignorant of their moral duties and official responsibilites, I would say such irresponsibilities should be brought under lokpal bill and strict actions should be taken against such careless and irreponsible government bodies. I'm not saying that all RPFC offices are ignorant of their duties but RPFO, K.R.Puram, BANGALORE is one I've had bad experiences so far. I would request to the concerned officer and RPFO, K.R. Puram, Bangalore to kindly look into the matter and provide an update on the current status at the earliest.
