PF CLAIM DELAY

This is R.Ganesh Babu from chennai. I have previously worked in ORIX AUTO INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED having its register office at Andheri (E) Mumbai-400059.I had relieved from the company on 26.05.2010 and claimed for PF withdrawal by submitting all the required documents. The claim was submitted to your Kandivali office, Mumbai on 24.12.2010 through proper channel and i got the acknowledgement copy of the same from my office. Still now my claim amount is not credited to my SBI account and i am waiting for the same daily. I am very much disappointed and i don't know the reason for delay. Please take immediate action to get my PF claim very soon and i need the amount for my mother medical treatment. Please help me and give me a positive reply with current status of my claim.
