I have sent courier on 14/8/10 vide C.N.No. 15119976 from Chandni Chowk To Noida but as on 17/8/10 I still dont have any information as to where my packet is. The customer care numbers are of no use as either all are engaged and if someone picks up, he gives me another number where I should call and the process is repeated n number of times. The courier was very urgent and I am facing the risk of loosing my order/client due to this pathetic service by Akash Ganga.
Similar experience occurred with the following couriers, sent through akash ganga only:
1) C.N.No. 15119962 dt 14/8/10 from Chandni Chowk to Azad Market
2) C.N.No. 15119763 dt 12/8/10 from Chandni Chowk to Jaipur (this one got delieverd on the 4th day and that too my client had to collect from the courier office, the akash ganga didnt have staff to deliver)
NOW THE BEST PART IS NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR THE CUSTOMER CARE IS CONCERNED WITH THE DISTRESS THE CONSUMER IS FACING. hAVE ALREADY MAILED IT TO THE COMPANY BUT AS EXPECTED HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM. THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES EITHER ASK ME TO CALL SOME OTHER NUMBER OR SIMPLY HANG UP ON ME. THATS THE BEST THEY CAN DO .
