Sub:- Status of application on closure of PF account No. MH/211244/785
Dear Sir/Madam,
This querry is in regard to closure of my PF account with last organization Alcatel Lucent Managed Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The application for withdrawal of PF amount is submitted by organisation to PF office on 25th Nov. But I have not recieved the settlement yet.
Request you to kindly settle the arrears directly to bank account detail provided in application.
