Non receipt of family pension dues

I submitted my application in form 10 C for claiming my family pension amount of Rs.4415/- in the month of august thro' Allied Publishers Pvt. Ltd., 15, J.N. Herdia Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai-400001.To my great surprise I got a letter from Accounts officer, FP-exm-III, Pension Dept. Bhavishya nidhi Bhavan, Bandra (E), mumbai stating that they have already settled my amount and the cheque sent to my banker. Without knowing the banker's name and address how could a claim has assumed to be settled? I am ready to furnish copy of my bank pass book from 2008 to 2010. Again I resubmitted the whole bunch of papers to The A.O., Pension dept., Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Bandra (E) Mumbai with a copy to Regional P.F. commissioner. It is already one month passed and yet to get a settlement.

Please take some action and arrange to get my dues settled immediately.
