Passport not received

Sir,

My Passport File No is H01497410. For the last one and a half month the status when enquired is being shown as follows :-

"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ".

As Iam in need of the passport as early as possible and it has already been 4 months since the submission of my application and the police enquiry was completed two months back, I urge through this forum for the quick delivery of my passport.
