Non-allotment of the property as promised and lacklustre response after initial booking

Dear Sir,

I intend to bring to your notice that I had booked a flat with ARN Infrastructures Globus Residency located on Plot No 10 Tech Zone in Greater Noida. As decided with the sales manager, Mrs Shalini, I had initially made the payment of 10% of the amount. Later on, I made the payment of 70% of the total amount by means of cheques. But inspite of that even after 2 months the flat has not been not alloted to me. On top of that the response from their side has been completely unwarranted and disgusting.

The reason given for the non-allotment is also not clear as the amount so booked was decided by Mrs Shalini herself. I have got the document proof as written by her with me in her handwriting.
