I Pankaj Singh have done booking for 2 & 3 BHK flat booking in the Project Arrow City Manhattan, Pen, Raigad, in the month of May & Dec. The company has taken 30% & 20 % for 2 & 3 BHK till date, but so far is not ready to make the buyer seller agreement as said at the time of booking. Now the company is not accepting the further installments, as per the schedule of payment given in application form. There is no proper communication from the company, neither the company officials gives any reply to the queries asked. There is delay in construction. There is no transparency, commitment, and big communication gap from the company side.
Requests to make the buyer seller agreement as agreed at the time of booking. Have a transparent policy and proper communication to the buyer.
