A representative of Arun Dev Builders from PRADEEP EARHCON named Mr Gautam came to me with one good project of them for investment point of view saying that the money of that land will double till the time of allotment where i can dispose it off & encash my money. He showed me the entire layout of the project.
The first check was taken as an BOOKING AMOUNT OF RS 50, 000/- IN FEBRUARY & CONSECUTIVELY BEFORE BHOMI PUJAN IN MAY OF RS 60, 000/- WAS TAKEN FROM ME PROMISING VERBALLY THAT WITHIN NEXT 2-3 MONTHS ie AUGUST- SEPTEMBER THEY WILL ALLOT THE LAND & TILL THAT TIME THE COST OF THE LAND WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
HOWEVER TILL THAT THEIR IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM REGARDING THE ALLOTMENT OR REGISTRY OF THAT LAND. ON CONTACTING ON PHONE & IN PERSON, THEY DO NOT RESPOND & GIVE ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER.
