With due respect i would like to say that I have given Rs.140250.00 in advance to purchase a residential flat to Ascent Buildhome Developers Pvt. Ltd.for their residential project in Greater Bhiwadi in july.
At that time they told us they will start project Ascent City in Greater Bhiwadi within 2 years & complete it in 2years. But they made only sample flat their. Till date they haven't started their project in Greater Bhiwadi. Their other projects are Apna Ghar-Jharsuguda Orisa,
Ascent Home - Jaipur, Aman Enclave-Jaipur.
Due to so much delay in this project, I want to withdraw all my booking amount. In this regard, I talked on phone to M.D. of Ascent Buildhome Developers Pvt Ltd. Mr. Mursheed Ahmed in Aug09, but he doesn't return
my money till date. Then after I contacted many times since last 6months he never received phone call. Then I email 2 times but never replied. I need your help to solve this problem. Earlier their office was in Bhiwadi but at this time they shifted to jaipur, Rajasthan.
I paid money through cheques, their is record in bank accounts. I also have builders receipt letter to receive this money.
Kindly suggest what can be done to get my money back, I am trying hard since last 6months to get my money, but nobody help me.
at last I am approaching you with lots of hope. Kindly suggest me what
formalities I have to do.
