This is a complaint against Ashok kushwaha and Ajay kushwaha real estate broker Kharadi, Pune based. I got the rented apartment from them in 2010 and we had verbal agreement that they would take 1% of brokerage. Both of them were very sweet till I finalized the deal.
I told them that I will pay brokerage once I move to apartment. They asked me to pay 1.5% brokerage when I shifted with my family to that rented apartment. He said that many ppl are looking for this apartment so you have to pay 1.5% brokerage, otherwise you have to vacate it immediately. So I said that we had decided for 1% and I was talking to them with respect. They said that you have to pay 1.5%. After some argument he said you are not localite and you do not know us, we have good backing here. Ashok kushwaha started abusing in front of my family. I paid him 1.5% as I didnt want to give trouble to my family and didnt want to vacate the apartment.
After this incident Ashok and Ajay didnt show their dirty face till the validity of agreement. After one year Ashok came to my home and again asked for 1.5% brokerage. Ashok again said that he has other clients want to take this apartment, so better u pay me 1.5% or leave this place and again he abused me.
This guy knew that I was from Software industry and I would not fight with him. Ashok doesnt know how to talk with client and how to behave. It seems his doesnt belong to good background. He was making hardly 4000 to 5000 before and now he is making good amount of money, so he is not able to keep his feet on ground and forgot what he was.
When initially you meet him, he would be very nice to you, but he would show his real face once you are about to deal with him or once you have done deal with him.. so stay away!!!
I need support from all you and my humble request to all guys to not to do any deal with Ashok kushwaha and Ajay kushwaha and need to teach lesson. He should change his name like Ashok real chor estate.
