I registered a flat with avenue foundations pvt ltd chennai (office in periyar nagar and one near venus chennai, they do change office frequently) registered a flat on 27th nov. While selling they told there is a silt car park. But now they have built a 2 flats in ground floor and we dont have enough car park. We ask them to demolish one 550 Sq feet flat that they have constructed in silt area. Having all the faults in their side they ask us to pay money to demolish the 550 Sq feet flat.
This is not the only property they do this way. They have done this in most of their construction work and they sell it with wrong promise and finally force the buyers
This mentioned property is " Door no 12, 4th street, teachers colony, Thalaikananchery Village, Nanganallur, Chennai 600061." very near to modern senior secondary school nanganallur.
Kindly intervent in this matter and order the builder to follow the guidelines and save a lot of buyers. To the worst of this i have got the loan from Andhara bank (nationalized bank) which is supposed to have checked all the papers and they visit the site for regular payment delivery. This site has too much of deviation than that is allowed and still the bank is going ahead.
Iam one of the buyers and now iam left with no other option to pay the builder 60K for his fault.
Kindly inspect the mentioned property address and take a action on the builder.
