This to inform another Adarsh like building by Army welfare Housing is coming up in graeter noida. As per my knowledge, the building is in informal sector, builder's area near parshwanath building. this area is suppose to be for economical weaker section & should not go above 10 stories & building has been sanctioned for 27 stories by taking bribes by greater noida authority.they are showing another site's remaining FAR here & such provision has been made for only this project. otherwise every builder will start using remaining FAR in such a way.
Manyresidents from parshwath also complained before constuction has been started but nothing has happened. I think evenif complaining before constuction nobady take action in our country & they raise the issues after contruction complete like adarsh building in mumbai. They know once construction completes nobody can do nothing.
I requst revalent authorities & concern persons to enquire & recheck sanction of this building.
