When i booked flat in Balaji Elegance. We all family were very happy. They told possession time is june and they are providing each and every amenities like swiming pool, gym etc. Fact is that they are not providing anything at all. still the project is not completed. I booked the flat because they committed many thing on the time of booking. Now i came to know their real face. They are big fraud. I am very tension how to take my money back. Everyday i call them to ask my money, simply they are telling tomorrow and their tomorrow never comes. Many times i fighted with them, they told me if i call them again then they will send some gunda to beat me...
