I was taken this house on rent on 01-01. The deposit amount was 50K. As per the agreement i have to pay 1 month rent (10K) at the time of leaving.
I had a good faith and relation with owner. At the time of leaving the house (02-Oct) he was deliberately absent and he told me he will refund the money very soon. So i vacant the house and deliver the house key to watchman.
After few days, when i call him about refund the money, he become so depress and told be there was a lot of damage on house you need to wait till the he get the estimate amount of renovation of house. After 15 days he call me transfer 15K amount on my bank account and mention below is amount i had deducted from Deposit Amount.
Painting : 15000/-
Damage of kitchen Other Wardrobe : 10000/-

Once i heard this from him, then i realized how he cheated me. He is enjoy my deposit money and renovate his flat happily.
The first wrong i had done, I believe him and i had not taken refund money at the time of leaving the house.
Any one please advice on this cheating case...!!!
