I went to visit the apartment barvika residency to buy a flat..but i came to know that
surprised to see there is no swimming pool in actual but in the propectus and they are collecting 1 lakh per flat for 40 flats as corpus fund and spend only 4 or 5 lakhs and reluctant to give the balance to owners.
there is a legal case on the land by sisters of previous owners, so the builders want to pass on the case of the flat owners
people are buying their flats from their life term savings and if you are not getting the things which is paid for... what to say
