There is no rent agreement in this flat. Tenant doesn't have any agreement with owner and ask for Security deposit and rent from new tenant whoever joins.
There is no assurance that you will get back your deposit money. Old tenant create there own rules and everybody have to follow them.
As there is no rent agreement you will not have nay proof of rent and deposit given. Initially they fake to give you a rent agreement then when you joins in there is no agreement.
They also have issues with society co operative, they have not even paid charges to society regarding tenant and rent agreement.
