I want to bring to your notice about the planning the planning that AJS management (Fraudsters) has done. They are planning to run away and already under process to sell their properties. They are intentionally extending time period for refunds and providing false information about projects by making you fool. Their plan is to wind up everything in next 5-6 months.
Earlier tactics adopted was:
All those applied for refunds earlier are told to sign their legal agreement and they will deduct 10%-20% from TOTAL COST of flat/plot booked (which people not aware) and put the blame on investors for withdrawing from their project and eventually ended up getting nothing.
Now they are fooling people that they will start the process of refund in june by the time they are close to their plan.
I advise to all to get together as a group and put these fraudsters behind bars by approaching police and take stay order from court on their properties before they run otherwise forget about your money.
