I belong to Bhubaneswar, a city of fraud real estate agents. Being a resident my self, I was still cheated by a fraud called Bikram Kishor Mallik. He has formed 2 companies 1. BK Engineers 2. ACME constructions. Both are fraud companies and meant only to cheat innocent people. DON'T ever buy/book anything from him. If you are already fallen in pray, contact me. I have managed to recover my money after long and painful fight. He talks nice and sweet in the beginning until you pay him the money and then after that he never receives any call and if you manage to catch him, he will misbehave with you and in turn wants you to behave well with him :-).
Most of the real estate agents in Bhubaneswar are fraud, I would not even recommend one single one that is trust worthy. Do a through investigation yourself and don't listen to stories made by the builder or his marketing agents.
The real place for people like Bikram Kishor Mallik is behind bars, our inept politicians and Police can't and will not do anything since they are a part of the big fraud system.
