Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a 2BHK flat with M/s Bramha Builders, Pune at Bramha Avenue, Kondhwa Pune about 3 years back.
Now Iam facing lot of problems like there is lot of noise as public road has been started through society, lot of the ammenities not yet provided which was promised by builder. There is no proper maintenance, no formation of society, no sales deed etc.
Complained to builder so many times but in vain.
Request you to look in to the matter urgently.
