I am a defence person. I sent my son to Kota for pre-engineering coaching at Resonance coaching centre in the year 11. during that period I put my son in Bridge Hostles Ltd at Kota where I have paid Rs 50000/- as security deposit which was to be returned to me by cheque in the month of May last year ie 2011. for that I was given a post dated cheque in Feb11 for ICICI bank by the Bridge Hostles. I submitted that cheque on 06 May for payment, but that cheque was bounced due to insufficient fund available in the account. Later I contacted the hostle owner Mr Kamal Jeet Singh Chaddha on his Mobile. He assured me that not to worry he will refund money by e-banking and he returned me Rs 25000/-. Mean time he has closed his account in ICICI bank and also sub branch hostle at Kota, presently he is running main branch of Bridge Hostles at Mumbai.now he is not picking up my calls, when I call from other no. He is assuring for return of money but when ...? Please help me out to get my money back. Thanking you Sir.
