BSNL Landline not working

Dear Sir / Madam,

Inspite of paying bill regularly, still I am able to receive incoming & outgoing call from my bsnl landline. Also we were get crossline connecton. (Landline no. 25457171)

Request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
