Please be aware of the companies/ redevelopment projects undertaken by people who only are concerned with taking money without giving proper benefits/ service.. Always go for ISO 9001 compliant reputed companies as they will give the services to keep their certification intact.. rest all are bad..their architects change intermittently, not up to the mark.. and even fail to give no objection certificates. Also redevelopment projects are a big chunk where only the lead members benefit while the other members bear the grunt of the same. No parking/ facility for security room etc can be some common instances seen.
