Those who are interested to buy or bought property in
Chaitra Shelters Phase I and Phase II. Please read the
below details before buying the property:
Chaitra Shelters properties are located in Chikka Thoguru
village, survey number 25/2, 26/1 and 26/2.(which will
start from the arch which they have created and not from
road) To goto that property as of now they have made an
access from main road but in actual that is not a road and
it is a private property located in Chikka Thoguru
village, survey number 23/3 and the property belongs to us
munilakshmamma w/o late seenappa reddy and we are not
ready to sell the property to them or to anyone.
Buyers please check the Survey Sketch or Village Map
before buying the property in Chaitra Shelters. Because in
future you may get into trouble of not having road access
to your property and end up no where access to your
property as we are not ready to sell our property to them
or to anyone.
Ask whatever the questions you have directly to the seller
to answer.
