Their executive canvass me and i also willing to buy that property. i paid 10000 as an initial payment but later the same executive came and intimate me that they are cheating then i am panic to not buy that and asked them to repay my 10000 back. But they are not even respond me. they are not even pick up my call also. Don't buy any property with "Chennai city properties - Deepam Garden City". Their is no guarantee for your money they are real cheaters.
