We (Mallus) are the victims of our cheating house owner burhan who is the big cheater in coconut garden.
House No: 14/1, 4th Cross, 4th Link main road,
Coconut garden, Madiwala
Behind ayyappa temple.

we were taken this house on rent on 01-01. The deposit amount was 50K. As per the agreement i have to pay 1 month rent (9K) at the time of leaving.
we had a good faith and relation with owner. At the time of leaving the house (02-Mar) he was deliberately absent and he told me he will refund the money very soon. So we vacant the house and deliver the house key to him.
After few days, when we call him about refund the money, he become so depress and told be there was a lot of damage on house you need to wait till the he get the estimate amount of renovation of house. After 15 days he call us transfer 15K amount on my bank account and mention below is amount i had deducted from Deposit Amount.
Painting : 15000/-
Damage of kitchen Other Wardrobe : 10000/-

Once i heard this from him, then i realized how he cheated us. He is enjoying our deposit money and renovate his flat happily.
The first wrong we had done, we trusted him and we had not taken refund money at the time of leaving the house.
Please please stay away from this house owner as he is biggest cheater and arrogant behaviour!!!
House details - only 500sqft, can't get the washing machine to the balcony which is near to the very small kitchen, frequent water problem and cockroaches etc...)
