Fraud builder no ethics, no morals, only fraud!

These should rename themselves fraud group and name their project fraud manhattans!

First of all, all the good reviews here are fake! Do not believe them, it seems the owner has created several accounts and thumbs down all of honest reviews.

my problem is that everybody thinks this builder is great, but this builder is fraud fraud fraud! they havre cheated 1000 customers in manhattan and have several cases against them.

there are several probems in my flat, water seepage from the side, kitchen slab is like slanted, the taps installed are rusting in 3 months use! only the external work looks good, this is done only to hook customers.. to cheat innocent customers..

please have a good look at your house before buying, some buyers have 2 different colored tiles in their flat, and fraud group are refusing to change it.

Please note also that the builder is refusing to give compensation for 3 years delay! This is ridiculous that even police is not taking action or arresting them.. too much fraud..
