Defaulter in maintenance

I am a resident of a 2BHK flat which is registered in a building society, i have defautled in the maintenance bills for the tune of 1, 30, 000/- which includes 50000/- approx interest.

I want to anyhow clear my dues as soon as possible. Is it possible for the buildings society to reduce some interest from my bill so that i can try to clear the remaining the due in one go,

Am planning to take a personal loan and clear these dues
