I came to know about Cosmos Dream city, a project of residential plots being sold at Barasat Barackpore road by COSMOS HOMES PVT LTD. I also booked two plots on 15 June at there office situated on VIP road Kolkata. In this regards I also gave a cheque for Rs 2 lakh, and returned to Bangalore where I stay. I was told that the cheque will be en cashed later, however booking is conformed. But I kept on waiting and there is no communication till date and the cheque was also not en cashed. Recently when I checked I came to know that plots are still on sale but at a higher rate. Pl advise what action should be taken for depriving me with the plots.
