Sell of Flats with some plan and later change the plan

Dear Sir,

Crossing Republic is the township coming up on NH-24, Ghaziabad.

Few years back i got my flat transferred from 10th floor to 1st floor Because that time They had a plan of Park in front of flat that i opted. I paid convesion charges also and PLC for first floor.

Now i have taken possesion of my flat but builder has change the plan of surrounding area. Now they have made villas in front of the Flat and the ultimate purpose of changing the flat is defeated.

Though they have not mentioned any where PLC for park facing still they sold the flat by showing those plans which is clearly a case for Fraud.

In such case builder shuld be liable to pay some amount back to resident. Please help us in such case.
