1.IF its a false complaint in the forum, why Roost Property especially lake side view Plots are in the civil Court?
2. Why you people have done multiple sale agreement on same plot?
3.Even I have seen Some notice near Roost plots which are having stay order & why you want to cheat new customers?
4. Recently i have seen that you people are trying to sell the Roost Lake side Plots through ad's which is already in litigation?
I heard any where in India that multiple agreements done by the individuals, But here layout residents are saying that builder is doing multiple agreements are done for single plot for sake of money and utilizing that money for some other personal needs without interest.
5. why you are not answering for existing customers which you already took the money from them?
