Today it was shocking to know that we cannot GET our BESCOM meters checked by BESCOM Engineer inspite of meter being in Owners name.
As the electricity was not there since morning we called BESCOM person and was not allowed to work on meter by Jaipal (helper of builder) on context of "SIR (builder) has instructed not to allow anyone to rectify my meter problem".
