This complaint is related to the ongoing construction of Mantri Insignia, Hyderabad. There has been a delay of 1 year in construction of the apartments and also when inquired about the compensation that should have been paid because of the delay, we were told by the management that the reason for delay in construction was caused by external reasons and hence will not being paying any compensation. We were charged interest when there was a delay in payment from our side even though the delay was caused by severe flooding in our region. They ignored when we requested them to extend the payment date and went ahead with charging interest. But when there is delay on their side, they are citing similar reasons to avoid paying us compensation.
