Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I had booked a flat in Deep Ganga Apartments in SIDCUL constructed by Delhi Apartments Pvt Ltd in the year April I haven't received the possession of it till now. The flat no. being P4-239. Initially it was P4-339 which they changed it to P4-239 on their own whims and fancies and stated that they had a technical problem. It's been 4 years that I am paying the Interest on the Loan availed for this property. When contacted them they just turned us out stating that we cant do much about it and we should try and get in touch with the higher authorities of New Delhi Apts. I am going through immense mental agony and request you to help me out of this problem.
