Deni al for giving residential plot by the society

I purchased a plot of size 50xX50 sqft (Khasra No 48, Rakba No 5/86) at Narela Sankari in Bhopal on 02 Dec 1989 and paid Rs 30, 000.00 as token money vide society's Receipt No 531 of date. Since then inspite of my recepeted requests by personal meets/telephonic conversation society nor registered the plot in my name, except giving false assurances time and again. Now it has come to my notice that society sold my plot to some other person for Rs 12, 00, 00.00. In view I request you to takeup my case so that I may get the justice. thanks
