The Developer posted advertisements in newspapers in the year 2007 claiming to developed Plotted township at Bhagwanpur Industrial Area, Roorkee by the name DEV CITY. Almost 20 investors along with me booked a plot each & now its more than 3 years, work has not started & the site is lying as it was in 2007.
Moreover, it is known from a confirmed source that the developer has diverted the money from Dev City project to one of his personal projects in SIDCUL Haridwar wherein he is making a multistoried building of over 300 rooms which will be given on rent to the employees in the industrial area.
He will fetch heafty rents through this project.
AND THE COMMON MAN, the INVESTOR IS DUPED ONCE AGAIN
