No allotment and no registration of plot even after 5 years of booking

I had booked a 200Sq yard from this builder in year 2006. The builder has already taken more than 50% of payment and also suo moto reduced the size of plot to 150 sq yard. No official communication to this effect was given by builder. Infact the fax number of the builder does not work!!!

I have been following up with the builder for allotment and registration of the plot but everytime they ask for a time of 2 months. I recently visited the site and found that the internal kuccha roads that they had built have gone into complete disrepair and infact their offices are closed.

This is caution to anyone wanting to purchase anything from this builder. Hopefully all affected people can come together and put a formal complaint against this builder in the Economic offenses wing at the earliest.
