I had purchased this property in the 2007 with the CLP (Construction Link Plan) and at that time the possession date was Oct. I stopped making payment to them after seeing no progress in the project. I actually went there to see how many floor they have constructed and it was no where close the promised state. I am still paying for my rent every month (12000 Per Month) and not asking for any late payment charges or interest.
I stopped the payment after paying for the allotment and covered car parking charged. The booking was still under my name until my last visit to them in the head office in Feb 11 and now they have sold this property / Flat to someone else without my consent or making any payments toward my original payment (4, 65, 000 – Four Lakh Sixty Five Thousand Only).
The project construction is still very slow and I don’t think they can deliver this project even in 2012.
I don’t want to deal with them anymore and need my full refund for the entire amount (4, 65, 000) – My hard earned money.
Pls somebody Help!!!
