Dear All,
I would like to bring this to your notice that I have bought an Independent House in sector XU01 in Greater Noida and till date the Greater Noida authority has not been able to provide electricity and water connection so that the actual end users may take possession and start living in their own dream house.
In spite of buying a built up house, I am paying both housing loan and rent as I am not sure when the authority will be providing these facilities in sector XU01. To make the matter worse I came to know that the allot tees will have to shell out more money as a penalty to Greater Noida Authority for not taking the possession of the house on time.
How can they expect to take possession without electricity and water. I would request all the allot tees to share their thoughts through this forum so that together we can fight for our right.
