This is to make people aware of the consequences of investing ones hard earned money, with a company that does not belive in any professional ethics and is easily trying to cheat on its commitements. ERA LANDMARKS sold about 700 apartments in one of thier very first projects in NCR. at that time we were told these would be semi-luxurious apartments, with a central park measuring approx 4 acres. also at the time of buyer-seller agreement these things were clearly mentioned on the brochure.
Now approx 4 years have gone by, Era has deliberately slowed down the progress of contruction at the said project, plus that land that was shown to us as central park... is still not in possession of the company. In 4 years they have not shown any inclination of buying this land, so its clear they will never ever even acquire it and hand it over to us as the central park. which means ours will be the only residential project in the Neharpar region without the basic amenities. The very USP shown of the project at the time of booking has vanished. Believe me this is not hearsay, they have actually done this with their new project called the DIVINE COURT. The customers of DIVINE COURT have already formed a massive group and are in regular talks with Era s management, hope their activities and pressure works and they get what was promised to them.
Unlike this group, customers of REDWOOD RESIDENCY have not come together as most do not know anything of the central park issue, also as this project was sold 4 years back and almost all customers are just keeping thier fingers crossed and hoping for speedy delivery of flats. Therefore this is an attempt to reach out to such customers of REDWOOD RESIDENCY, so that we can get together and takeon Era. Otherwise, sooner or later we all will regret, as by then all payment will be made and ERa will not even listen to our concerns. so this is the time to act and jointly curb ERA s malicious intentions on defaulting on its original commitments.
