FRAUD BY M/S ERA LANDMARKS

I Shibananda Hota have booked plot no c-7 at ERA LANDMARKS sector-8 palwal at rate 0f Rs7600/- per sq yard. I paid the booking amount & I was being told that I will recieve the buyers agreement after making a payment of 25 %. Accordingly I paid the amount (Rupees Seven lakhs Sixty Thousand) to company in three installments. After making three installments when i contacted M/s Era landarkls their representatives told me that i will have to make a payment of Rs 10, 00, 000 (ten lakhs) in black money & then only i will be provide with a buyers agreement copy. I send a legal notice to them & after that they have changed my plot number without my consent. I have served supplementary legal notice to them in this regard. I dont wish to continue with this deal further as i have lot complete trust over the builder & I am afraid that If i continue i will have to suffer the ordeal furthe
