I am disappointed by the worse quality work in Block A. Yesterday I visited the site and had look into construction work. I saw very unprofessional linter work for the slab. I am amazed to see the patch work. Such work even not carried out labor, what Gaursons engineers have done.
I am consolidating my observations and request you to organize an audit and rework.
1. Not good quality plaster inside room. They giving hollow sound means not bounded well with wall.
2. Kitchen slab is horribly patched, see attached image.
3. Main door is made of wood strips of fruit basket, see attachment
4 Last but not least possession is not possible in Dec 10 But I would like to have registry before 31st march for tax point view.
If we need to be charged little more because any reason then charge it, but don’t compromise with quality.
I need some timeline for actions.
All the friends who has booked there Flats should reply on this and we should call for common date of gathering in office.
