Sub. : Information for illegal construction at the basement area of plot no. 13/IIA,

Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

Dear Sir

We the resident of plot no. 13/II-A, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, hereby inform you that the owner/builder of the said plot M/s Manish Housing & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. have trespass the basement area which is made for the parking/storage purposes only.

At the outset, we would also like to bring to your kind consideration that the owner/builder of M/s Manish Housing & Construction Pvt. Ltd., have occupied the basement area and using it illegally for their own personal purposes.

Due to the act of the builder as above mentioned, we are facing lots of problem viz.

1. Parking of Vehicle.

2. Movement from one place to another

3. Security & Safety.

Henceforth, we would request you to kindly look into the matter on a serious note and take immediate appropriate action to demolish the illegal construction in the basement area of the above mentioned plot.
