That is true. Same thing is happening in Chander Nagar Ghaziabad. Residents of A-63 Chander Nagar (Near Surya Nagar), Ghaziabad are also doing the encroachment of the public land. They have installed their house gate on the public land and also maintaining a garden which is on the public land. If anybody try to go by that garden then they highly object the same.
