Hello,
I purchased a flat in the apartment named Rose Valley, by GK Developers, Pimple Saudagar.
After purchase of the flat, I applied for a home loan transfer to a different Bank.
As a part of processing, the bank demanded a letter from the builder, stating that since a document called 'Deed of Agreement' has been handed over to all flat owners, a 'NOC' document will not be furnished by the builder to any flat owners and that the 'Deed of Agreement' should suffice.
We repeatedly requested the builder to provide this document for over 3 weeks and yet we have not received this document.
We are been given several reasons, having no legal base to the same and this in turn has put a halt on our bank loan transfer process.
This is a clear case of the builders un- coperativeness and goes to say that the builder is least interested in the well-being of his customers, after the sale of his flats.
The intention to submit this complaint was not only to raise my grievances but also to share this experience with people interested in purchasing properties developed by this builder and to bring to light a poor customer experience that I encountered in the purchase of this property from G K Developers.
Thank You.
